Falcon Estates believes that the country's property market has seen a strong increase in demand from overseas buyers in recent years with prices escalating to record levels, especially as regular flights from UK airports have helped to boost local tourism.
Aylin Berk, a spokesperson for Falcon Estates, explained: "They can fly whenever they want, it's easy to find cheap flights any time of year."
Turkey is also committed to joining the EU following the election of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) but membership may not be vital to ensure further returns for overseas investors.
Ms Berk stressed: "I don't think that we have to be in the EU, it won't make too much difference If you're talking about the single currency, you can buy everything here with British pounds."
